J.Pierre, singer songwriter and native Of Gary Indiana, acquired a love of music at an early age attending Bible Way Church of God and Christ. It was there that his musical taste developed, influenced by a nontraditional form of Gospel. When he was nine years old he moved to Burnsville ,MN and continued to broaden his musical diversity. Having an affinity for the guitar J. pierre was drawn to music such as Guns and Roses, Van Halen, Bon Jovi. It is the love of all things that make up Gospel music and Rock music which gives him a universal sound. "I just try to play the music I hear in my head" J. Pierre.
