Born out of a long, hard working 8 years in the "almost was" ska/punk band, Buck-O-Nine, Scott Kennerly and drummer Jeff Hawthorne teamed up with singer/songwriter John Meeks to form the beginings of Plural. Joined on violin by Mary Forrest, they recorded their debut record, "Have A Rad Summer". While their sound has been compared to that of Lifes Rich Pagaent era R.E.M, you will also hear glimpses of indie rock, california pop and alt country.
