This was a labor of love. Phill Fest an accomplished smooth Jazz guitarist combines with Ted Alflen, former pro football player and entrepeneur plus seven other top south Florida musicians to create a fusion of jazz, blues and rock sounds. John "JT" Tillman and Phill Fest knew the most talented musicians in south Florida...Jim Korton, Drums and Russ Howard, Bass provide a solid grooving rhythm section. Jacquie Medeiros is the mesmerizing vocalist in the Gershwin standard, Summertime and the original love song Moon Over Rio. She also sings on Tom Petty's, Breakdown. In addition she composed and sings the lyrics for Back To Boston. David Shelley of the "David Shelley & Blustone" kills as the guest vacalist on Thrill is Gone. Robert Prester adds texture and excellent solos on Thrill is Gone, For You and Cool Breeze. Album consists of seven original and four cover songs. A guitar players dream come true........
