Having played in numerous projects in the Salt Lake music scene over the past several years, songwriters Charles Ellsworth and Vincent Draper set out to make an album dedicated to the city they call home. Calling on the talents of other Utah musicians for backup, this album is at times as warm and inviting as a summer evening along the Wasatch front, and cold and dark as it's smog-filled winter counterparts. Gavin Sheehan of Salt Lake City Weekly said "This is one hell of a folk album, well-written and produced, and has the makings of being the best folk album of the year." Like the city it is dedicated to, this record is far from perfect, but has a quality of character and setting that is raw and true.
