Well, I wrote this album at different periods in my life. the title reflects on how it's the simple things in a relationship that usually make it work. There is no blame to laid as a whole in this record. I am just as responsible for the demise of my relationships as the girls in my life have been. And most times than not I was the foolish one. But I tried to give a well rounded look at the range of emotions one can go through when trying to find happiness with another person.
