简介
“Sweet Embrace” is a song of inspiration. When ManoaDNA was invited to visit the Tohoku area of Japan post 3/11, with Project Aloha, Alx knew he would be moved. The surprise was how blessed he felt to meet the men, women and children who survived the devastation. He felt the pain of many who lost much, and many who lost everything. But he witnessed their strength and determination. This experience was his muse. “Sweet Embrace” is a song of hope inspired by people of great strength. Exactly one year to the day after ManoaDNA embarked on their Project Aloha Tour, "Sweet Embrace" went into post production. During post production, the east coast of the US was hit by Hurricane Sandy, devastating many parts of the east. The physical CDs almost didn't make it back to Hawaii in time for a ManoaDNA Japan tour, but the manufacturing company made it happen, working night and day to make sure this song would be heard. ManoaDNA found this to be a perfect opportunity to help the east coast and decided to donate proceeds of the CD sales to help the people on the east coast and also contribute to the efforts in the Tohoku area.
