Redbox Records presents the Roxtons debut single "Flatline". The Roxtons are a London based duo that formed in 1999, consisting of Alex Beeson and Kevin Garvey. Both have been DJ'ing on the London club circuit for many years playing regularly at all of the top London venues including Pacha, Area, Ministry of Sound, Turmnills (RIP), Koko, Egg to name a few. They have also ventured abroad completing seasons in Cyprus, Greece, Spain and Thailand. The Roxtons have a prime time Saturday evening radio show on www.sdancelive.com, broadcasting worldwide online and throughout London. Kevin is also one half of the House Master Generals, who have had several tracks released on various labels including Redbox Records, Feversound and Glamrox. HMG produce a more funky soulful sound, but the Roxtons concentrate or more bass orientated, alternative style. Alex whilst working at Point Blank studio's in London, gained valuable experience and knowledge working with artist like Danny J Lewis, Dub Conspiracy amongst others. After Djing together for over a decade, Alex completed his training with Point Blank, and Kevin taking a back seat in HMG, the Roxtons started making tracks together and have hit the floor running completing remixes for the Soulshaker. With several tracks due to be released on Redbox Records, Evoked Recordings, Anesis Records and AudioFreaks, the Roxtons really have hit the scene hard and are expecting even bigger things in the next 12 months. An original breaks mix, which is a first for Redbox, a main room mix for all the house heads, and an electro big beat remix from our new guys from down under, T-Star & Dylan Skinner.
