Against The Grain is a New York hardcore band founded in 1996. Originally had members of Agnostic Front, but lineup has changed over the years. Has now evolved into an original sounding band, with many elements of NYHC but some melody as well. Has the heaviness of NYHC but some street rock feel. An interesting mix of styles.

Faction Zero is a metal-core band out of Northern NJ, Very heavy band in the classic sense. Elements of both hardcore and Sepultura type metal of the "Chaos AD" period. Also influenced by bands such as Carnivore and Slayer.
