HS was born May 14, 1986, in the city of Atlanta, Georgia, but raised in the nearby town Social Circle, Georgia. Since the beginning of his life, he has been inspired by singers and dancers such as Michael Jackson, Usher, Omarion, and Sam Cooke. These artists inspired HS to make his mark in the music industry, and with every day he was motivated to make his dreams come true. He enjoys singing with a mixture of R&B, soul, and Hip-Hop, and also enjoys working on new age choreography. Above all mentioned influences, HS was first inspired and influenced by seeing Michael Jackson and Paul McCartney perform the music video "Say Say Say". HS has worked in a variety of fields along with music, including direct sales and marketing management. He is known for his smooth disposition, and intricate knowledge of the world first-hand. He is also known as an excellent speaker in public, and would describe himself as a visionary. HS (Hypnotic Scripture) writes all of his songs, and this is his way of expression through his medium of art. Dancing is another way that he incorporates the style behind his method of theatrical, lyrical expression, i.e. "Wave, Liquid, Pop-Lock, Tut" dance forms. As quoted by HS (Hypnotic Scripture), his short term goal is "to make a mark in the industry, and long term is to change the industry forever."
