Favorite Words has been a project I've kept close to my heart since I started writing music. I first began discussing an EP a little over a year ago, but decided I wasn't quite ready. However, with the support of an incredible band, phenomenal singers, fantastic production team, and my friends and family, I felt that Favorite Words was preapred, and so I embarked on this unforgettable artistic journey to create an album, which I am so excited to share with you. Through my music, I aim to explore my emotions, decisions, and ambitions. Music is a sanctuary of expression where I can be intimately honest with complete strangers. Songwriting has become a voice for me, from where I draw strength and courage, and to be able to share that power with you is an honor. I am able to simultaneously expose and heal my wounds, and I cannot imagine my life without this music that accompanies it. I would like to take a moment to acknowledge all the wonderful minds the contributed to this project. First and foremost, I would like to thank my parents and sisters, who have encouraged both my art and career for as long as I can remember. Their endless devotion to my endeavors is a blessing in itself. The album itself also posses a cohort of contributors I am infinitely grateful to. Lyndon Hughes with Stormy Cooper Media has put in an excess amount of work and hours into making Favorite Words into the beautiful album you hear today, and I was so honored to work with both him and Stormy. The artists performing on this album are also so talented and I am so indebted to them and their gifts on this album. From the extraordinary Cameron Bishop, beyond exceptional Cason Day, multitalented Alec Quintero, and the outstanding Roshni Thachil, the band turned my songs into beautiful pieces of art I could only dream of, which a group of my amazing friends, consisting of Amber Grant, Logan Harper, Kerensa McMurphy, Alec Quintero, Rebekah Stanley, Abby Weeks, and Grace Whaley, brought to life through their stunning vocal talents. All of the performers on this album have supported my music since its beginning, and have aided my growth as all a writer, musician, and performer, and I have been so privileged that they have invested time and work into something so close to my heart. Lastly, I would like to thank YOU! I have been given the opportunity to stand on such an incredible support system comprised of a loving community. I am so humbled by your constant support, and cannot express how endlessly grateful I am to you. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
