The aptly titled debut CD, Multiples of One, performed and produced by singer-songwriter Jeff Wessman, is a genre tripping collection of songs that will leave you wanting more. The compositions cover a wide range of sonic soundscapes and lyrical commentary from the upbeat pop of Jewel in Your Crown, to the spiritually reflective acoustic poetry of The Painter and the Sea. Though merely a babe in the heydey of the Summer of Love, Jeff poignantly captures the spirit and the dream of the Woodstock generation in the lyrics to his song Flower Child in a way that would even make Bob Dylan misty eyed (and perhaps jealous). Jeff's versatile yet distinctive vocals are tastefully featured throughout. Produced in his home studio in Northern California, this CD is a remarkable showcase for this gifted singer-songerwriter.
