Temet Nosce, originated in October 2009, is a norwegian rock band from Karmøy, Norway’s west coast. Their debut album entitled “Know Thyself” was released August 11th., 2010 and it features songs that combine powerful vocals, driven by dynamic crunchy guitar riffs. The sound is raw and edgy, yet not over produced. Temet Nosce‘s inspirational music contains lyrics that will move you into a direct experience of self.
