My dreams were first awakened in my early teens…having fallen in love with film music, it was my passion to compose music for Hollywood. Several years later I somehow ended up being an Accountant, wife and mother which definitely wasn’t the plan but which I have cherished. My dream was awakened again in 2003 with a live performance at the Hideaway Café in Wollongong. Following this were a number of gigs at local hotels and bars. Somehow it just wasn’t what I’d imagined. I was appalled at the lack of appreciation of original music and the effects of passive smoking. In 2004 my music dreams were placed on hold as I prepared for the birth of our son Liam whom I thank God for everyday. My music was awakened in 2005 when God touched my heart and brought me into his amazing Kingdom. He gave me the strength to pursue the dreams he had planted within me. He gave me the amazing gift to write music and touch people’s hearts My prayer is that God will work through my music to awaken your dreams, to enable you to break free of the oppression of this world and the limitations that others place on us. May you discover the true meaning of life and your God given purpose. This album is a collection of reflective pieces capturing moments of Nada's life.
