"Beyond means outside the understanding, limit, or reach of; surpassing, over and above. As God began to give these songs, I began to feel my own insignificance, inability, and inadequacy. I felt stretched beyond my comfort zone, and pulled into a realm of total dependency on God. We didn't start out to record a project, we just wanted to "pitch" some of our songs to other people. But as we sat in the studio, a mighty presence of God swept in and we began to weep desire to take the limits off and seek God for where he wanted us to go. As I daily learn more of who he is, his insurmountable wisdom, power and might, I am aware that there is so much more beyond what we can humanly see, hear and think. My prayer is that as you listen to these songs that they would infiltrate your spirit and draw you closer to the one who knows the end from the beginning. The beyond is sometimes frightening because it is unknown to us, but that's where FAITH steps in ... I dare you to take the plunge and see what God has for you in the "Great Beyond" - Kim Ballestero
