Teaming with producer and smooth jazz artist Steve Oliver, Bickley has titled her sophomore album, "Breaking The Mold", to challenge a new path for steel pan -contemporary jazz, funk, and chill music. All star cast Will Donato, Spyro Gyro's Tom Schuman, extraordinary drummer Bonny Bonaparte, bassist Eddie Reddick and guest Steelpannist Andy Narell give the album tasty world appeal. Out of the starting gate, the first track, "Let's Kick It", features smooth sax lines, an upbeat and catchy original with a funky mood. You won't want to turn it down after "Latin Ride" makes you spin, then "Morning Dance" takes you down memory lane. Chock full of latin and jazzy rhythms, silky vocals, smooth melodies, Bickley's "Breaking the Mold" is a musical feast for seasoned and brand-new listeners.

Bickley's debut album, "Chillin' After Five", made a mark in the music industry for steel pan when released in 2010, winning several internet radio awards and nominations. Themed with the intention of guiding her audience out of a high-paced nine-to-five environment into a "chillout" zone, her music is featured on Television (The Weather Channel), hundreds of radio stations worldwide, as well as internet and social media sites. Bickley released a single, "Endless Journey" in 2011, and another single "Love Me Now" in 2012. She decided that it was time to now release this funky, jazzy collection, "Breaking the Mold", to display the intentions she has made real - breaking away from the typical Steel Pan "mold" to her own, a solo instrument for any genre.
