"Raiz" was recorded in France with musicians: Elodie Milo (Lead and Guitar), Andres Sequera (Drums, Cuatro, Vocals, Percussions), Raul Monsalve (Bass, Korg, Vocals, Guitar, Percussions), Gonzalo Gudino (Keyboards, Melodica, Percussions), Julien Matrot (Trumpet), Yann Jankielewicz (Saxophone), Daniel Israel (Trombon). All songs are written and composed by Elodie Milo. The arrangements were made by Gonzalo Gudino. The sounds of nature were recorded in Ecuador, in the Amazonian Rainforest, where Elodie went to record the mere essence of nature's sounds, like birds, leaves, but also chamans, trees and waters. The music was mixed by Jack Lahanna, and masterised by Grammy-Award-Winner Chab, who mastered Daft Punk's "Random Access Memories".
