Road to Eden- the Soundtrack: an "audio diary" from the road and from the studio. Disc one contains 11 live cuts from the 2011 Road to Eden Deep South Tour. Disc two contains 10 studio cuts inspired by the making of the documentary film, Road to Eden. Inspiration was drawn from the Jewish festival holiday Sukkot. In addition, a few choice covers whose themes overlap with Sukkot, namely, getting out into the world, working for a better world, finding peace, and valuing nature. This collection sounds raw and somewhat moody. The live disc captures the band as they really sound- no sweetening or overdubs were added to the live cuts. What you see and hear live is what you get here- Dan, Mark, and Nathan as they appeared on tour in 2011. The studio disc is Dan's exploration into a new production approach which is less rock focused.
