The songs that I write and sing all come from a single thought or idea. This idea is transformed into a creation by use of story-telling beats that intertwine with the lyrics and melody. Because I create my own arrangement of melodies, the music maintains originality and substance. It consistently has bridges and vamps that take you on a journey through my mind; my thought process of the ever-changing reality called "life". It is a personal, yet shared experience that I wish for all listeners to partake in. Being that I am from the ATL, I am tempo, drum, and rhyme driven. I can appreciate a classic, just as much as popular music today. My influences are Judy Garland, Mariah Carey, Brandy, and Laura Mvula to name a few. My music is my story; my heart. It represents me broken, with life's constant challenges, as well as joyful and thankful beyond measure. I love through it...acknowledge hope through it. It takes me to a place unknown, yet familiar.
