Born July 12th, 1984 and raised in the small town of Louisdale in Cape Breton, Nova Scotia. Tyler grew up in a very musical family and was particularly inspired by his uncle and grandfather. Tylers love for guitar began in middleschool when he was only 12 years old and he has been penning songs since the age of 16. Today, he continues his determination to master his art in hopes of someday being recognized as a Canadian songwriter and an East Coast musician.
