Jordan Saunders, better known as the Junglord, is a 20 year old on a mission to produce a new modern wave of Jungle whilst maintaining some of the genres key components. Without displaying too much influence from aspects of modern DnB, Junglord attempts to recreate the vibe of the oldskool sound but for a 21st century audience - with heavy amens and comic vocals.

With a sound that is already well seasoned and full-flavoured. Jungle Ingredients is a more rugged affair. This for the break beat connoisseur. Cheeky use of vocal samples and filthy sub bass describing the tune as it builds along. All neatly perched on the quintessential amen break! B Side Northern Monkeys kicks off with an atmospheric intro with samples of a broad Mancunian male voice. This drops into a deep sub bass driven, amen tear out, that will destroy any dance-floor. Junglord has carved out modern pieces of jungle for 2013 with a vintage 1995 feel and is without doubt a name to watch!
