Francisco returned with his second album, the fourteen-track Gymboro, an eclectic collection of time-honoured songs inspired by sixties songbird Rebecca Pan as well as new songs that invoke a plethora of memories. Unlike his debut 蓝色的爱情 (Blue Love), Gymboro explores the Latin rhythms and Bossa Nova beats with a modern groove added to the album’s lustrous repertiore, giving it a fun and upbeat tempo. The album was recorded in Singapore and Paris by Rain Song Studio, featuring musicians Nicolas Rastoul (Album Producer & Songwriter); Shumei (Violin); Helga Sedli (Violin); Lewis Pragasam (Drums & Percussions); Wei Tan (Piano); and Lazaro Ernesto Numa Pompa (Trumpet & Frugal Horn).
