My examination of the spiritual life has led me to a very simple truth, that “ONLY LOVE EXISTS”. No matter how much we resist the helping hand of Divine Spirit, or think that things aren't working out the way we wanted or expected, there is never a moment in our lives when God isn’t truly by our side. But we often don’t see this because it’s all too commonplace! The Creator uses ITs creations – a pet, a loved one, a stranger, the twinkling stars, the wind through the trees, our intuition, our dreams, and every conceivable situation to communicate to us ‘I love you’; ‘I have never left you’; and ‘let me lift you up higher’. This is God’s ongoing message, and the reality and reminder of ITs ever-presence amongst us. This has everything to do with consciousness – our awareness as Soul (the higher self, the spark of God which we are) and how appreciative we are of the gift of life, the preciousness of the moment, and our own divine heritage as a child of God learning to be more Godlike.
