After the death of his father, Von Hertzog found himself in his studio writing music. It seemed to just pour out of him. He wrote 10 songs in 14 days. While he ended up writing close to 20, only the strongest selections have made the final cut for the album. He hadn't gone out looking to create this album, it's just what happened while dealing with the loss of his father. But, after the music began flowing, he couldn't turn his back on what he was creating. He decided to dedicate the album to his father and release it in all formats. Here is the final product.
