Alessandro Farruggio, composer and music therapist, was born in Catania (Italy) on 30 September 1981. At seventeen, he began studying piano and performed in various classical music concerts. Since he was ten years old, fascinated by rock music, he approached as a self - taught drummer, then bassist and finally as a guitarist. In fact, a few years later, he started playing as a drummer with various bands, ranging from from various genres: from Punk to Grunge, from Trash to Rock. When he was sixteen, Alessandro felt the need to compose, so he bought a small multitrack and started recording his own music. These are the most creative and carefree years during which Alessandro experiments the composition of songs of various genres, eventually arriving to the author's song. Today Alessandro, besides taking care of artistic productions of rock, pop and hip hop music, also composes electroacoustic, ambient, new age and experimental music. He graduated with the highest marks in electronic music at the Vincenzo Bellini Music Institute and graduated in muisic therapy at the Amps of Catania.
