Gritter was formed in 2008 under the moniker Rube by Adam Kravitz, John Bullen, Ryan Kent and Pat Caine. Released Angry at the Missus in 2009. Toured the South extensively . Recorded Sour Mash and Spanish 2011 with Vince Burke ( Beaten back to pure, Hail Hornet) . After touring across the country A New Drummer was added as Pat stepped down, Kevin White (Throttlerod,Sunnshine,Cloud 13) Lending a new energy and direction. Seth Nicholls also joined on Bass. Welcome to the Sinkhole was recorded by Kevin W in 2013. More extensive touring and opening shows for Gwar, EYEHATEGOD, COC, AG, St. Vitus, Weedeater,Torche, Death Angel, TIR, Children Of Bodom, Cough, Windhand, Inter Arma, Black Tusk to name a few! Ryan Kent had to step down for personal reasons and Erik Baumann Jumped in !! Vultures was recorded by Todd Corvin( The Gospel) and mastered by Stephen Egerton (The Descendants) in 2016.
