With a palatable twist of grunge rock, acoustic blues and the occasional downtempo lullaby, Chris Gleckman manages to craft songs that come off both mysteriously unconventional and warmly familiar at the same time. His signature, raspy, bass-baritone voice united with his percussive, bluesy, funk-infused guitar playing lend him to a sound that is simply unmistakable and unique. He writes, arranges, performs and produces all of his own music, wrenching every note straight from the soul. He is also a self-taught multi-instrumentalist and can be heard playing drums, bass and piano on many of his songs in addition to his singing and guitar playing.
