Emily Zuzik Emily Zuzik is a native Pittsburgh singer-songwriter by way of San Francisco, Austin, New York City and now Los Angeles. She has sung in acoustic folk cafes, lead rock bands, fronted cover bands, worked with some notable electronica producers and sung on a number of licensed works for TV and film. Recently, Zuzik re-teamed with Tim Lefebvre to create a new musical project called Angelenos. The duo are working with numerous talents such as Gary Novak, Nick Littlemore, Peter Adams, Jason Linder, and David Siegel. The duo released ANGELENOS under Zuzik's name in October 2016. After a four-year hiatus in the electro genre, Emily Zuzik returned with the release of her downtempo single, The Only Moment in the World, and digital record, DETOURS (collaborations with Art Hays), in 2014. Zuzik co-produced and mixed the song with Jimmy La Valle (The Album Leaf). The song was created as part of a digital pop-up book project, A Picture is Worth..., published by Proseed Books, which paired musicians and photographers together to create a work based on the imagery provided. In 2011, Emily was a featured singer and cowriter of "The Low Hum" on Moby's "Destroyed" album. She has worked with a number of other downtempo artists over the years including South London's Sizzlax and Los Angeles' Acacia Downs. Additionally, she and bassist/producer Tim Lefebvre released an eclectic electronic pop album, Domestic Blitz, in 2010. A proud Epiphone Guitars endorsed artist and 2005 calendar girl, Emily released her debut solo album, The Way it's Got to Be, in February 2003, which received praises from NYC's The Village Voice and Time Out, as well as Performing Songwriter Magazine's Top DIY Picks, November 2003. Emily has been featured in publications such as ICON Magazine, GO! NYC Magazine and Women Who Rock Magazine. Emily's song "That's the Way" was a semi-finalist in the JANE Magazine Readers compliation in 2004, and also appeared as one of IGN for Men's "Babe of the Day". She has toured extensively across the US and UK. Zuzik is a commissioned musical artist for Esopus Magazine and the ProSeed Books project "A Picture is Worth..." and a vocalist in Erie Insurance jingles and the Blue Man Group Production Saturday Morning Puppet Club. Her songs have been licensed for numerous television shows and the indie films Spring and Fifth Form. Geoff Pearlman Originally from Omaha, NE, songwriter, singer, guitarist, producer and engineer Geoff Pearlman began his musical journey by starting guitar lessons at age 9. After years of private lessons and public practicing, Geoff attended Berklee College of Music in Boston, graduating in 1991 with a degree in Professional Music. Since relocating from Boston to San Francisco, and eventually to his current home in Los Angeles, Geoff has worked with a wide range of artists including Shelby Lynne, Jakob Dylan, Linda Perry, Storm Large, Quincy Coleman, Jill Sobule, Toni Childs, The Tokens, Norah Jones and Dead Rock West, among many others. In the studio, Geoff’s guitar playing has appeared on multi-platinum records such as Disney’s “High School Musical” and “Hannah Montana”, as well as recording artists Jakob Dylan, Dead Rock West, Jon Mclaughlin and Joan Osborne while working with noted producers like Don Was, Andrew Slater, John Doe (X), George Drakoulias and Mike Chapman. Geoff is also a busy studio engineer/producer/composer, having worked on various projects for television and music. He has composed for the Travel Channel, the Food Network and Mattel as well as several independent film projects. His original songs have been used on television programs such as Jag, Flipping Out, Shark, Dance Mom’s and High School Reunion. As an independent artist and songwriter, Geoff has released a full length CD "Anything at All" and an EP entitled "Someplace Like Nowhere”.
