G-Fresh born Gabriel Olasubomi Afolayan is a talented Nigerian born Actor, Singer and songwriter, primarily into acting Gabriel has always dreamt of being a Musician that would impact peoples life in the right way. His Music can be classified as Afro R&B/soul; He has this peerless style of blending his native language (Yoruba) with English language to produce evergreen songs. Set to storm the world with his brand of Music, to achieve this by first of all making profound impression on the Nigerian Music scene. A native of Kwara State, born in Lagos State but grew up in Ibadan, Oyo State. Son of late Mr. Adeyemi Afolayan (A.K.A Ade love), a prominent film maker in Nigeria.

Entertainment for him started in 1990. He transformed his passion into a career, starting off as a Child actor. G-Fresh made his industry debut in a Moses Olaiya(A.K.A Baba Sala), commissioned short film in 1990 titled "F' Opawon". He choose music after a successful emerging career in the movies because of his love and appreciation of Music. “G-Fresh” professionally started singing in the late 90's. In 1997, he was signed on to Phynix studio, Ibadan as a backup Singer. He hit the Nigerian Music scene with the single "Kokoro Ife" (love bug) that went on to become a hit. "Awelewa" (Most beautiful) another single was released on February 12th, 2013 to critical acclaim. With "Awelewa", he has proved to his critics that he is definitely not a flash in the pan. Awelewa is the boldest, strongest song by a Nigerian Nollywood actor. It's quite obvious that there is more from where "Kokoro Ife" came from.
