于劳劳碌碌的生活中，我们难免会遇到挫折，亦会感到气馁。歌曲讲述一生中，高山的出现，亦同时带来低谷的可能。最重要的是要记得重新寻回快乐。快乐的源头可以从无数生活的细节中出现，「快乐袭来无预告，放下闷烦来跳舞」。困难出现时，整顿一下心情，偶尔慢活一下，「心态定夺命运就尽力去做，Let's Go」。假设世上没有任何人能知道事情的 终极结果，那么我们或许也要学懂放下执着，「如练武要注重功架，举起手亦能放下，自信气势便称霸」。抺干眼泪后，找 个朋友去倾诉一下，也找个时间去细心欣赏每样经已习以为常的必然事，「结局走向无定数，抹掉泪痕来抱抱」。也许就能 安然又勇猛地过渡一个又一个的难关，「天塌下就把它盖着睡餐好，好无」。

The song is a reflection of our lives. In the daily hustle and bustle, it is unavoidable to encounter challenges and obstacles. Life is like a rollercoaster, as the famous quote says, “what comes up, must come down”. We could arrive at the peak at any moment, but we could never estimate the next fall. The most important thing to do when the down hits is to remind ourselves to search for happiness all over again. The source of happiness can be found in every corner, sometimes we just have to close our eyes, take a small pause to smell the roses. Perhaps we can learn to appreciate every small little thing that we have been taking for granted – the air we breathe in to help us stay alive, the food we get to enjoy and fix our hunger, the warm bed we get to rest on after every hard day of work. If nobody can ever predict the future for us, why don’t we start taking charge of it by readjusting our mindset, regulating our emotions, and resetting our direction, so that we could go through every storm that comes our way, and help creating that silver lining at the end of it.
