St. Helens, Mt. Rainer, Mt. Adams, Mt. Hood and (when the sky is really clear) the Three Sisters. And his parents: he was homeschooled as a child, and thus enjoyed incredible amounts of time playing outdoors, plunking around on various instruments, drawing, writing stories, reading novels, building forts, going to church, and generally ruling the roost as the oldest of eight children.
