Elisa Fisher, is a singer/songwriter/guitarist from Los Angeles California. Tommy D Daugherty (Tupac, Paul McCartney) produced and helmed the entirety of the Engineering, Producing and Arranging. Tommy was just getting started on new plugins with Pro Tools 7. What began as a week long, 3 song project, turned into a longer LA stint for Elisa and a full album, after she crashed Tommy's Car. Tommy brought in A- Level Musicians, Craig Erickson (Glenn Hughes, Guitar) and Ike Willis and Ray White(Zappa, vocals, guitar) and Charles Levi (Thrill Kill Kult) to play on one or all all of the songs. Wrote the entire track Fashion Star in Melodyne which Elisa then wrote to and used a Vipre Preamp on the Gangstarr Track, Just to get a Rep. Among many other Magical Feats. Her style has been compared to Kim Gordon(Sonic Youth), Chrissie Hynde(Pretenders), Chan Marshall(Cat Power), and Mazzy Star with a bit of Sheryl Crow. Elisa has performed with Babyseal and General Patton as bassist and drummer in both outfits while recording and writing her own material. Elisa Currently performs on the Santa Monica Promenade infrequently and at Canters Kibbutz Room.
