Born in a small town in Oregon's lush Willamette Valley, Michael developed a love of nature and reflects that in his writing. As most musicians, I played in the school band, 1st clarinet but soon discovered that Louie, Louie didn't sound that great on a clarinet. I first picked up a guitar in 1974 at college - who doesn't? Spent the time since playing in bands and started recording my own music in 2000. Close to 30 album projects to date and this is one of the best recordings and collection of songs.
