Born in Pennsylvania, she was only five months old before she was whisked away for an early lifetime on the mission field. Three generations of her family have been in ministry - hers began at age 14, working in the Sunday school, leading worship at age 15 and youth ministry at age 17. Married at 22, missionary and mommy at 24, she has spent half of her adult life in missions, with her husband and three children to places like the Philippines and San Pedro Sula, Honduras. Always drawn to intellectual pursuits like chess and reading, and with a penchant for telling stories, music has also been a recurring part of Yvonne-Annette's life. Her first music lessons began with the violin at age 12, with a real-life cowboy as teacher (cattle driving and all). Her genesis for this project came from an idea for a dance for her church's dance school, with an idea to portray an expression of spiritual healing through music and dance. As the musical concept developed, the songs began to grow. She has continually seen overwhelmingly positive responses from those who have heard these early works. After previewing the music for some friends and industry people, she was encouraged to expand the concept further, into a full-length music project. CJ Borden -- Composer, Arranger, Keyboardist Born Concetta Joyce Urzi, CJ always had an enthusiasm and heart for music, both listening and actively performing. She began her musical career after college, when she had the opportunity to start playing, writing songs and cutting demos. Later, she moved to Nashville to seriously pursue her passion where she performed at numerous local events, including the Tennessee StateFair and the famous Bluebird Cafe. In 1995, she and her new husband moved to Mobile, Alabama and, in 1998, helped to start an arts ministry with their church, which includes a record label, publishing company and recording studio. She works with the young musicians, songwriters and worship leaders in the church, as well as continuing to write her own music. She was the principal arranger and keyboardist for RPJ Records contemporary worship release, "So Real," in 2002. CJ began to work with Yvonne-Annette on this project in 2001, collaborating on concepts and arrangements.
