The Joey Gilmore Band, in which George is the man on bass and vocals, outscored all bands worldwide while showcasing their amazing talent at a blues industry event as the best unsigned band on the planet. George co-wrote several of the songs on Joey Gilmore's latest CD "The Ghosts Of Mississippi Meet The Gods Of Africa". George has two CD's out on Wells Records of his jazz material and a new CD of Blues on the Bluzpik Rederdz label in 2005
