Tying Beggars down to a genre hasn't been the easiest of tasks.

The 7 piece outfit started out with Soul music at the forefront of their agenda, but their self titled debut EP would surely suggest that the band have been experimenting well within the perimeters of Funk, Rock and Hip Hop. Be it an intentional move or not, the Beggars sound, at times being referred to as 'Aggravated Easy Listening' is proving to shake crowds left, right and center.
