For Say What? 152 we welcome Monokult. The German born artist grew up in a family of musicians and started playing the piano at the age of 6. However, he could never express himself sufficiently with classical music.
In 2012, he became interested in electronic music and quickly developed his passion for producing and DJing. Within one year, he had his first successful release on major label - Pragmatik Records. He has had multiple gigs in his local area and his reputation grew, since many people recognised his talent and passion. In 2015, he decided to study audio engineering to take his sound to the next level. Since then his career has continued progressing and years later here we are with a 4-track EP on Say What? The release starts with Interstellar - a rolling space machine that keeps on evolving from start to finish, directly setting the bar for the whole release with clean and perfectly shaped techniques to make people move Resiak, the second one, shows a more dark edge of the German producer, going deeper and deeper without losing his signature sound. The meldoc yet trippy synths will take you to many places you have never been before End Of Time is the third track on the release and is the perfect follow up on the first two, spacey and drone-like synths are the main ingredients here, accompanied with rumbling and dark drums that are perfect for any time of the day We finish up the release with Endo Sphere, a deep but vibrant piece of techno that will satisfy many music lovers.
