Aysia Berlynn was born Aysia Brittaney Sanders on November 15th, 1986 in the soulful town of Saint Louis, Missouri. Born to an aspiring model and a successful entrepreneur making their way across the Midwest, young Aysia was exposed to a journey that would engrain an artistic impression and inspire raw soulful heartfelt lyrics accompanied by a smooth melodic flow; songs that express love, life, and experience.Growing up, Aysia always knew that she would become what she aspired to be, a talented artist. She began honing in on her skills at a young age specifically beginning to write her own songs at fourteen.While sitting in her room listening to the intricate melodies of Anita Baker, India Arie,Tweet, 702, Jill Scott, and Aaliyah, along with the organized grunginess of The Red Hot Chili Peppers and No Doubt, Aysia developed an eclectic sound that is loved by many. BerLynn's desire is for her work to touch the masses, whether via television, radio, or any other forms of media.
