We recorded these songs around the dining room table in our home in Kansas. After eight studio albums, we decided not to leave the house for this one. The only guest musicians were our kids - Sadie, Vega, Julian and Esther. You might hear a few squawks from a rescued Senegal parrot, barking from three small dogs, and the faint sizzling of stir fry coming from the kitchen. All other noises were made by us.
