The Album " Hopelessly Madly" is a compilation of love songs from the heart that reflect on situations that occur in most relationships. The essence of the songs have come from observation and my own life experience, starting with the honeymoon stage, then the conflict and conciliation stage and finally to a complete breakdown of the relationship, or a true and lasting love, which is what most people are seeking. It is a very thought provoking album on love issues, with powerful messages throughout. it will take you on a roller coaster ride of emotions. It will make you think about love and relationships from a different prospective, it is cathartic and by and large a feel good album. Chris Davidsons vocal performance is remarkable, his arrangement of the backing music is cutting edge stuff. Relax, sit back and let the lyrics and the music weave their magic. This is one of the songs from the play Sue is at a dance club with her girlfriends and the words to a song, sung by the resident band really trigger some hurtful memories of her relationship which is currently going terribly wrong. She becomes overwhelmed with emotion, tears stream down her cheeks One of her girlfriends approaches the leader of the band and explains Sue's predicament and ask's if he could talk to her in a gentle manner in an effort to comfort her.
