I'm a native of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil and I came to Los Angeles in the early 1980s and worked in animation on Steven Spielberg's "An American Tail." Later I produced one episode of Saturday morning cartoons for, Hanna-Barbera and Marvel Productions overseas. In 1989 I went to Brazil where I concentrated on directing commercials and weekly television programs. "In 1995 1994, I realized that I wanted to direct feature films in the U.S., so I left everything behind, came back to California and started from scratch." In additional to a few documentaries, a television musical special and a half hour animation children special that I have made, I am now composing soundtrack music for films and it looks like I am getting more involved each day. I am also a member of the Screen Actors Guild of America.
