Gnu Reunion (pronounced 'new ree-yoon-yun’) is a music project consisting of Sam Revaz, Collin Ginsburg, Cameron Small, and Zach Hanna. Gnu, originally just Revaz and Ginsburg, convened during winter, in the weeks straddling 2016-17, to write and produce their debut album, Around Hear. During the following summer, Hanna and Small joined the ranks to make Gnu’s sophomore record: Ambient Sounds for Midnight Motorists. Inspired by MACINTOSH 420, Cocteau Twins, and My Bloody Valentine, Gnu Reunion pays homage while finding their own course.
