On the ninth release Gixxer provides five wellcrafted tracks in the style he's become widely known for. The EP begins with In Berlin", delicately textured, fat kicks and percussion with glowing background drones. Number 2 and 3 Macrophylia and Stanza are tracks to fill the dance floor with, big room techno with chord patterns and a selection of fine hats and percussion. Track 4 Swordfight sounds very dark with banging kicks and dark atmospheric pads. The last track of this EP is The Bulge named to the battle of the bulge. The track starts off with an "Outburst" utilizing a heavyweight kick drum offset by a short synth whine and a selection of everchanging hihat patterns that drive the track's energy. This EP summarized, a great EP with 5 banging dark techno tracks to kill the dance floor with.
