Yung Bru is an artist living and working in the city of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. At the age of 23, he is rapidly dominating the Pittsburgh scene with his solid live performances, stage presence and a growing fan base. Starting to write music at the age of 14, going to the studio since the age of 15, and starting to perform and take things seriously at 17 I haven't looked back. That’s when I started performing live at shows and growing a fan base. Today I have a fully operational studio were I record my own vocals, and mix and master down to the final mp3 you download. I even make the album art. I integrate style and technique elements from a lot of different artists in rap, hip-hop and beyond; but I always bring my own flavor and take it in my direction. Right now, I’m trying to build a foundation for the future. I’m trying to grow as an artist and also as an audio engineer. I feel the more I know about the whole process from creation to mastering to social distribution and beyond, the more I grow not only as an artist but also as a person. I produce, record, mix and master my own tracks.
