STORM is the rock band from Philadelphia, with a neo-pop/garage sound. STORM is influenced by The Beatles’ pop melodies mixed with punk’s raw, distorted guitar sound and driving beat. The band was formed in 2002. Their first self titled EP received airplay from college radio stations across the United States and Canada. Counterclockwise, STORM’s debut Full length CD was recorded at Legendary Sigma Sound Studios and received airplay from local radio shows in the New York/Philadelphia/New Jersey area. Now their latest release, Where You Are, features a re-make of “A Hard Day’s Night” a No. 1 Hit by the Beatles. STORM has performed regularly at original venues in the Philadelphia area including Club 218, The Grape Street Pub, The Pontiac Grille, in New York at C.B.G.B.’s, Kenny’s Castaways, and the Continental., increasing their following at every show.
