Me and the Norwegian poet Øystein Hauge got our heads together on a cooperation based on his poems and my composition and sound. The way we attacked this challenge was to listen to the poems (he recorded himself reading them) a lot of times and try to catch the feelings and moods in them. This was translated into the soundscape and the shape of the composition. Here you can hear the first result. We plan to do more so stay tuned. The texts in this soundtracks are from the books Stilleben (2010) and "Predikanten" (2011). Both received great reviews ( lydpoesi.wordpress.com/anmeldelser/ (linked page is in Norwegian)) All his poems in this production is in the only valid Norwegian written language when it comes to poems: Nynorsk. (according to me)
