the culmination of 8 years of work, cinematic 1996-1997 is a testament to those lonely nights at 17 we're all familiar with. ocasek's cinematic 1996-1997 is 18 tracks of homerecorded work. it was culled from piles and piles of old cassettes, reels, files, CD-Rs, and SVHS tapes and spans their contributions to 9 seperate releases, all of which are now out of print (and were pretty rare to begin with). so enjoy this collection!
