Award Winning Flutist Sherry Finzer and Luthier and Guitarist Darin Mahoney began recording and performing together in the fall of 2009, and since then have released two albums, Transformation (2013) and Trialogue (2016) with pan-global and seven-time GRAMMY Nominee Will Clipman. Sherry is a Guo Flutes and Pearl Flutes Performing Artist and records on her record label, along with Darin, Heart Dance Records. The label has seen much growth in 2016, adding several new and upcoming artists to their roster, including former Windham Hill pianist and recording artist Scott Cossu, multi-instrumentalist Michelle Qureshi, and guitarist David W. Donner. The Finzer Mahoney Duo's first release, Transformation, won the One World Music Radio 2013 Album of the Year Awards. Both Sherry and Darin have had feature interviews on the long-running NPR syndicated show Echoes, with host John Diliberto. Their spring release of Trialogue placed at #8 and #10 two months in a row on the Zone Music Reporter charts. Finzer performs with several artists, including pianist Scott Cossu, and Autralian pianist Fiona Joy, who she toured with throughout Australia in Sept 2015.
