Martin Bird and I'm a guitarist, composer, music producer and sound designer. My unique style involves creating exciting and evocative sounds, covering a wide emotional and atmospheric range: perfectly suited for TV, film and driving on open roads. I've worked with the BBC, Radio 4, the Swedish Film Institute, Disney, Top Gear Live, and have produced music for charity projects and promo videos. I've always had a passion for music and sound and have been involved in the music business for over 25 years. I've worked with a wide variety of music genres and have had the pleasure of working with some very talented musicians, including Gang of Four, Pete Lockett, touring supporting the Jam, BB King amongst others.. Although I specialise in sound production and composition I perform live playing guitar at least once a week. I am based on the south coast of England where I have my own studio and recording facility.
