Growing up in Markham IL. with musicians on every block every one was looking for a way to stand out. And I put all my time and energy into my own sounds. Karma is the sound of Chicago's Lake Front. The days when Congo Playing Drummers from all over the city would get together and create different beats that last all night long on Chicago's lake front. I took the memory of those beats and created the album Karma. So if you are a true Windy City person that came up in that era you should be able to feel where I am coming from. I created this music for real Chicago steppers.
