My desire for creating this project was inspired from time meditating on Psalm 84. As I studied and prayed through this passage, God continued to reveal to me the beauty of His presence. During these times, different thoughts and themes began to emerge as I sought to understand what the Psalmist was writing. This project takes each verse and makes it come to life through a favorite hymn of mine or a new song I have written. Through it all, I have come to understand the peace and rest of Psalm 84:1, when the Psalmist says, “How lovely is your dwelling place.” Wherever God’s presence is found truly is…this beautiful place.
